Garbage & Recycling
If you have concerns regarding garbage or recycling pickup from your home, please call the City of Edmonton at 311. Note: collection day in Desrochers Villages is Tuesday and garbage and blue bags must be curbside by 7:00 am.
Community Garbage Cans
Is there an issue with one of the garbage cans around the neighbourhood? Please refer to the neighbourhood map for who to contact.
Winter Road Conditions
Is there a slippery spot that needs to be addressed? Maybe you’re wondering if snow and ice will be cleared from the surrounding streets? Refer to the neighbourhood map for when to call the City of Edmonton or when to contact us.
Excessive dirt tracked onto roadways is in violation of City bylaws. If you are able to safely make your concern known to the driver, please do so. If you’re not able to resolve directly, please contact 311 to report your concern. It is helpful if you are able to include details such as:
- Vehicle license plate number,
- Company who owns vehicle, and/or
- Address of private property where vehicle exited.
Traffic & Safety
Parking violations or sight line obstructions can lead to safety concerns for residents. Please report these issues to the City of Edmonton at 311.
Residents are responsible for clearing snow and ice on the sidewalk(s) in front/adjacent to their property. Detailed information can be found on the City of Edmonton website.

Landscaping & Community Features

Future HOA Involvement
